Regular Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Clearwood Community Association has it’s regular meeting on the 4th Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM, via Zoom.

With the exception of this meeting, which will be a week earlier due to the Christmas Holiday.

Zoom Board Meeting Expectations

Members are welcome and encouraged to attend Zoom Board meetings to stay informed and engaged in community matters. To help ensure meetings are organized, respectful, and productive, please follow these guidelines:

• Identify yourself: Please use your real full name and/or your Division and Lot number when joining the meeting. If you do not update your Zoom display name with your real name or Div/Lot as an actual member of the Clearwood Community Association, you will not be allowed to participate in the comments segments of the meeting..
• Stay muted: Please remain muted unless you are recognized to speak. Unmute yourself by clicking on your microphone icon.  This helps prevent background noise and interruptions.
• Use the “Raise Hand” feature: If you have a comment during member comments, please use Zoom’s Raise Hand feature and wait to be recognized: 

Desktop:

Click the Reactions button in the Zoom toolbar.

Select Raise Hand.

Mobile:

Tap the More button (three dots) in the meeting controls.

Select Raise Hand.

• Be respectful: Please keep comments courteous and relevant to the meeting.
• Stay on topic: Please keep comments related to the agenda or matters appropriate for Board discussion.
• Follow the agenda: The Board will conduct business according to the posted agenda and available meeting time.
