Board Candidate Applications 2026

Candidates for the Open Board Positions must submit their application and required items Beginning August 19th, 2026 and ending September 8, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.. 

Interested members of the community are encouraged to apply for one (1) of the four (4) open positions of Director on the Clearwood Community Association Board.  The open positions are for terms as follows: two (2) seats for three (3)-year terms (expires 2029), two (2) seats for one (1)-year terms expiring in November 2027. Application deadline is 9/8/26.

The Board meets monthly on the 4^th Saturday, at 9:00 am.  Sometimes additional meetings, as well as subcommittee or other activities, may be expected.

• Photo and Brief Bio for Voter Pamphlet 
  • Photo and Bio must be submitted to the CCA Office with the other application materials
    1. Bio should consist of a maximum of 200 words according to Microsoft Word count
    2. Size 12 font
    3. Could Include the following;
       • Skills that will benefit the governance of the Clearwood Community
       • Why you want to serve and your goals for the Community
       • Length of ownership in Clearwood
