Update on Embezzlement Prosecution, March 5th

Dear Community,

As many of you have likely already seen in the news and/or on our website: Dolanna Burnett, Clearwood’s former accountant, was arrested for probable cause on Monday. At a bail hearing on Tuesday at the Thurston County Superior Court, Mrs. Burnett was released on her own recognizance and was scheduled to appear before the Court on March 17th.

 

The Association was informed today that the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is seeking additional investigation at this time prior to filing formal charges. This may result in some delay but we have been assured that charges in this case are not being dropped. In an effort to provide transparency we will continue to keep our Members aware of developments in this matter.
