At the July 25 Board Meeting, two changes were made to the fee schedule. The price for a gate card has gone up from $10 to $20, due to a change in the cost to the association for purchasing them.
A new Buyer Transfer Fee of .5% of the purchase price of the home has been approved. This applies to purchasers of homes in Clearwood and is intended to be an initial investment by the new property owner toward funding the Reserve accounts. This is a common practice among homeowners’ associations.
