The Board is proposing 16 resolutions, 4 of which are required as part of Annual Meeting business. The other 12 are addressing member and/or Board concerns. You will have an opportunity to approve or disapprove each of them as part of the election process. Watch for your Voter Packet to arrive in the mail around the middle of October.
