Per the Bylaws, notice must be given not less than 80 days before the Annual General Meeting and Election of the deadline to submit an application to be a candidate for the Board of Directors. The Annual General Meeting will be held on November 7, 2020, and the deadline to apply is the day after Labor Day, September 8, 2020. Write-ins are not permitted.
