Board Vacancies 2025

Candidates for Election to the Board Must Apply by September 1, 2025

Interested members of the community are encouraged to run as a Candidate for the position of Director on the Clearwood Community Association Board.   There are two openings to be filled by a vote of the membership at the Annual General Meeting on November 1, 2025.  They are both for three-year terms, expiring in 2027.

The Board meets monthly on  the 4^th Saturday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.  Sometimes additional meetings, as well as subcommittee or other activities, may be expected.  

Items to be submitted:

• Board Candidate Application
• Background Check Form (with copy of driver’s license)
• Ethics and Professional Conduct Policy
• Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Policy
• Photo and Brief Bio which will be included in the Voter Materials
  • Photo and Bio must be submitted to the CCA Office with the other application materials
    1. 1. Bio should consist of a maximum of 200 words according to Microsoft Word count.
       2. Size 12 font
       3. Could Include the following;
    1. 1. 1. Length of ownership in Clearwood
          2. Skills that will benefit the governance of the Clearwood Community
          3. Why you want to serve and your goals for the Community
