On November 16, at 10:58pm, a resident drove through the front gate during a police pursuit.
A Police Report has been filed. Our General Manager has filed a report with our insurance. CCA will have to pay our deductible ($1000); the insurance will pay for the repair and pursue reimbursement from the resident.
Our Maintenance Manager has determined the metal gate is not operable, but he was able to bend the metal bracket for the sally arm and that is working.
The gate repair company will be out on Wednesday, November 18, 10:00 am to assess the damage.
