These are unprecedented times, and the CCA Board is well aware of the hardships imposed on some of its members, and the Association does not wish to be the cause of increased stress to its membership.
Therefore, the Board voted to take the following actions:
- Billing for Renters Fees will be delayed until June 1st
- The Association is offering all members the following:
- No interest or late fees during the first 6 months of the year.
- Payment plan options are available to any members who are financially harmed by the COVID-19 work stand-down. Send an email to [email protected] asking to set up a no-interest, no-late fee, 12-month payment plan.
