Update: Street Sweeper and Vacuum Truck

The Maintenance staff has been working diligently over the last few weeks to ensure our roads are clean and clear of debris. This has been a manual labor endeavor as our older pieces of equipment, Street Sweeper and Vacuum Truck, have stopped working and/or are no longer efficient. Looking forward, the Maintenance Department will be evaluating and testing new options on-site Friday, 1/31/20 at a time TBD. A manufacturer is loaning us a combination sweeper and vacuum in one, which would allow the Association to purchase one machine and complete both jobs as desired. In the interim, the Maintenance Staff has been and will continue to clean up roads manually until new and effective equipment can be found. We thank you for your patience.
