Vandal of CCA Property Arrested

On Thursday, January 30th, our security cameras captured pictures of a car ramming into the back gate 3 times in a 24-hour period to gain entry into the Association. Within the same day,  Clearwood Staff recognized and observed the car parked on the community boat ramp. A tow truck was called to remove the vehicle from the property as was the Sheriff  in order for charges to be pressed against the individual(s) responsible. A non-Resident was arrested for felony vandalism and the Association will prosecute in an attempt to recover costs for damage.
