The 2026 Roads and Water Project: Bluewater Drive and Associated Roadways – began in April 2026 at the intersection of Bluewater Drive SE and Blue Hills Drive SE; encompassing all connected roadways on Bluewater Drive SE.
If there are planned water outages you will be notified directly; if there is an unexpected water outage, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Paving is began Monday, July 13th, 2026
Wednesday 7/15/2026:
They will be paving the cul-de-sacs at Sylvan Dell, Plateau and Promontory Ct (not necessarily in that order).
Thursday 7/16/2026 & Friday 7/17/2026:
Continued paving cul-de sacs and Blue Water Drive
We DO NOT have specific start or end times.
Please be prepared to be inconvenienced for a couple of hours and plan accordingly.
